Permitted Use: Numio provides facts and information related to numbers, dates, and years, primarily sourced from the Numbers API (numbersapi.com) via a proxy. The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• To engage in excessive automated requests (scraping) that could impair the Service's functionality or availability for others.
• For any purpose that is fraudulent or malicious.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding facts sourced from third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Numio and its licensors. The Numio name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Service operator. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

3. Third-Party Services and Links

Numbers API: The core factual content of the Service relies on data fetched from the Numbers API (http://numbersapi.com) through our own proxy. We do not control the Numbers API and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the data provided by it.

Vercel Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how our Service is used. This involves the collection of aggregated and potentially anonymized usage data. Vercel's handling of data is subject to their own privacy policy.

Supabase: We may use Supabase for backend functionalities, such as tracking aggregate usage statistics (e.g., total facts delivered). Interaction with these features may involve data processing by Supabase subject to their terms and privacy policy.

Donation Link: The Service includes a link to a third-party payment processor (Stripe) for donations. If you choose to donate, you will be interacting directly with Stripe, and their terms and privacy policy will govern that transaction. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites or services.
